Re:  Discretion Over Future Projects

The Advisor and Board of Directors of Loud Thunder met on January 23, 1997 and have concluded all future projects, including history and research of the 13 star treaty flag will be under the full control of Loud Thunder.  This is by order of the Advisor, Robert Gopher [Listening Thunder] who is also the sole owner of the treaty flag.

The story of the Bald Eagle Ojibwa Clan history and the 13 star flag is exclusively reserved by the owner of the flag, Robert Gopher.  It is the last wish of Mary (Iron Claw Woman) Gopher to respect and honor the history of the Bald Eagle Ojibwa Clan and the history of the 13 Star flag.  It is known this Grandmother wanted the history respected for spiritual purposes and the final wishes of the previous hereditary owners of the flag.

Further, the Board of Directors of Loud Thunder and the Advisor request full disclosure on the current status of the research effort on the treaty flag and findings.  Further negotiations and planning on related projects will not proceed without the authority of the Advisor/Flag owner.

All relevant responses are requested to be made within 10 days of the receipt of this memorandum.  Please direct these responses to the Advisor within that timeframe.
